Job Description:
The Senior Program Manager will lead and oversee complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery through strong planning, stakeholder management, and execution.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Build, own, and maintain end-to-end project plans, including milestones and dependencies
- Lead recurring project meetings, set agendas, and track action items to completion
- Oversee project managers to ensure alignment with timelines, scope, and goals
- Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues proactively
- Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Facilitate program steering committees and stakeholder meetings
- Provide program and portfolio reporting to executive-level stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and execution
- Translate complex program details into clear stakeholder communications
- Gather, document, and maintain business requirements and project artifacts
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 7 years of program or project management experience
- Experience managing large, cross-functional programs
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication
- Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities
- Experience with program reporting and governance structures
- Strong documentation skills (requirements, process flows, status reporting)
- Ability to lead meetings and drive accountability across teams
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Background in enterprise environments or large-scale organizations
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
- Experience facilitating steering committees or executive forums
