Product Manager - Financial Transaction Management

Compensation Range: $40 - $49.50/hr W2
Job Description:
The Product Manager will be responsible for managing production issues, prioritizing defects and enhancements, coordinating cross-team dependencies, and ensuring financial transactions and distributions process accurately and efficiently. This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams, third-party partners, and client stakeholders in a live production environment.
Key responsibilities include roadmap development, backlog grooming, sprint planning, release management, and translating business requirements into actionable user stories. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, technically fluent in SDLC processes, and comfortable working within a complex enterprise ecosystem.
Requirements:-
2 years of experience managing customer-facing digital products (web and/or mobile)

1 year of hands-on Agile product execution (roadmaps, sprint planning, backlog grooming, user stories, functional testing)

Experience working in a production-level SDLC environment (CI/CD, deployments, release cycles)

Background in eCommerce, financial systems, or payment processing platforms

Experience supporting high-volume platforms (millions of users)

Strong understanding of payment lifecycle flows and financial transaction concepts (refunds, distributions, revenue types, etc.)

Experience managing cross-team dependencies within large ecosystems

Proficiency with Jira and Aha.io

Strong Excel/CSV skills for financial reporting and data analysis

Ability to troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with third-party integrations

Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
