Compensation Range: $100 / hour - $120 / hour W2

Job Description:
The Photo Print Producer will lead the end-to-end production of photography and static marketing assets, managing photoshoots, print deliverables, and digital production workflows to support large-scale brand and marketing initiatives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Produce photography shoots end-to-end including vendor sourcing, logistics, talent coordination, props, location management, and on-set oversight

Manage print production for marketing materials including newsletter advertising, out-of-home campaigns, and brand assets

Oversee production of static digital assets for web, social, and advertising channels

Traffic and coordinate newsletter and email campaign assets with creative and marketing teams

Develop and manage project timelines while keeping stakeholders aligned on progress and deliverables

Source and manage relationships with photographers, retouchers, and production vendors

Coordinate cross-functionally with brand, marketing, and communications teams

Maintain organized digital asset libraries and production documentation

Manage creative review processes and feedback cycles to ensure timely approvals

Identify and implement improvements to production workflows as the volume of work grows
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

7–10 years of hands-on experience as a Photo Producer or similar production role
-
Professional production experience across photography, print, and digital assets
-
Experience producing large-scale photoshoots and managing end-to-end production workflows
-
Strong operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Experience managing external vendors including photographers, retouchers, and production partners
-
Knowledge of print and digital asset specifications including file formats, color profiles, and resolution
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and proactively flag issues
-
Experience with production or project management tools such as Figma, Asana, or similar

Existing network of photographers and creative production vendors

Bachelor's degree
