Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Compensation Range: $35-40/hr
Job Description:
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will support the execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns, focusing heavily on hands-on campaign building, testing, and optimization using marketing automation platforms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Build and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns using Braze or similar platforms
-
Manage end-to-end campaign production from setup to launch
-
Execute A/B testing initiatives and analyze performance results
-
Perform campaign QA including inbox placement, link validation, and rendering checks
-
Adjust and maintain HTML/CSS within campaign templates (not built from scratch)

Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams to support campaigns

Generate weekly reporting and insights using data visualization and analytics tools
-
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-production environment

Maintain documentation and track work using project management tools
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
4 years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience
-
2 years of hands-on experience with Braze (or similar tools such as Iterable or LiquidLogic)

Experience building and executing marketing campaigns within marketing automation platforms
-
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and mobile rendering adjustments
-
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Mixpanel, Looker, Amplitude, Qlik, etc.)

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar

Strong attention to detail and ability to QA marketing campaigns

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Experience within healthcare or B2B2C environments

Experience migrating or managing multiple marketing automation instances

Experience supporting large-scale marketing platform transitions or rebranding initiatives

Familiarity with marketing deliverability best practices
