Job Description:
The Data Analyst supports internal communications analytics by collecting, analyzing, and translating data into actionable insights that help improve adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of internal communication platforms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Analyze usage and engagement data from internal communication platforms and analytics tools.

Extract, clean, and organize datasets using SQL and analytics platforms.

Build reports and dashboards to track adoption and engagement metrics across multiple locations.

Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities within data sets.

Translate complex data findings into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

Automate reporting processes within Excel or analytics tools.

Support rollout tracking and measurement of a large-scale internal communications platform implementation.

Create presentations and reporting materials to communicate findings to business stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.

Experience analyzing and interpreting data with SQL and analytics platforms.

Experience building dashboards and reports.

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, automation).

Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.

Ability to translate data into actionable written and verbal insights.

Experience working with multiple data sources and resolving discrepancies.

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar).
