About the Role:
We're seeking a hands-on Programmatic Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel programmatic campaigns across Audio, Display, Video, CTV, and emerging channels. This role is fully remote (any US time zone) and requires a critical thinker who connects campaign performance to business outcomes and proactively drives results.
What You'll Do:

Manage campaigns across multiple DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Audiomatic, etc.).

Execute and optimize programmatic campaigns with a focus on audio and cross-channel integration.

Analyze performance data, recommend optimizations, and communicate insights clearly.

Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account teams to align strategy with objectives.

Mentor junior buyers and contribute to scalable processes, documentation, and best practices.

Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new DSPs, third-party data solutions, and innovative tactics.
Must-Haves:

3 years of hands-on programmatic media buying experience The Trade Desk

Strong audio programmatic platform experience (Audiohook, AdsWizz, Audiomatic – strong nice to have).

Ability to independently manage campaigns

Strong analytical skills connecting performance data to business outcomes.

Critical-thinking mindset and proactive problem-solving.
