Job Description:
The Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of complex, global CRM initiatives, driving structure, prioritization, and execution across cross-functional technical teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Own centralized intake and prioritization of global CRM requests
-
Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies
-
Lead cross-functional meetings with Engineering, Product, MarTech, Data, Legal, and regional teams
-
Drive sprint planning and execution using Jira, Confluence, and similar tools
-
Identify risks, blockers, and tradeoffs; escalate with clear recommendations
-
Coordinate UAT, production readiness, and go/no-go launch activities
-
Ensure smooth transition from launch to business-as-usual operations

Provide executive-ready status updates and maintain a single source of truth for programs
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
8–10 years of Technical Project Manager or Technical Program Manager experience
-
Enterprise-level experience managing highly complex, global programs
-
Experience leading CRM initiatives end-to-end (intake through launch)

Background supporting subscription, retention, or customer engagement programs
-
Experience working with Engineering, Product, Data, and Marketing teams
-
Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and difficult stakeholders
-
Strong expertise in Jira, Confluence, sprint planning, and structured PM methodologies

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to operate with extreme attention to detail and executive presence

Experience with Braze (preferred) or Salesforce CRM

Experience working with Legal teams and compliance requirements

Experience in subscription-based, SaaS, or eCommerce industries

Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms
