Job Description:
The Digital Content Producer creates, edits, and manages engaging digital content that supports marketing initiatives and strengthens audience engagement across multiple digital channels.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Produce, edit, and publish digital content across web, email, and social platforms

Create multimedia assets including images, videos, graphics, and animations

Write, proofread, and optimize digital copy for various channels

Update and maintain website content using CMS platforms

Build and format HTML email campaigns and landing pages
-
Ensure content follows accessibility, UX, and SEO best practices
-
Manage production timelines and coordinate with marketing and design teams
-
Maintain content calendars and assist with campaign execution
-
Conduct QA on content to ensure brand consistency and accuracy

Test email campaigns across devices and email clients

Track content performance metrics and recommend improvements

Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and documentation
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

2–5 years of experience producing digital content for marketing or communications teams

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities

Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, AEM, or similar)

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, especially for email production

Experience with digital design or multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.)

Understanding of SEO, UX, and digital marketing best practices

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Strong communication and collaboration skills
