Compensation Range: $70 / hour – $75 / hour W2
This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Job Description:
Design clear, compelling, and consumer-facing content for subscription products, optimizing user experience and engagement across web and mobile platforms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product designers, product managers, engineers, and marketers to refine and launch subscription programs.

Write and edit user-facing content for landing pages, flows, and membership programs.

Incorporate high-level stakeholder feedback quickly while maintaining quality.

Ensure content aligns with brand voice and competitive differentiation in the subscription space.

Provide input on UX and interface improvements, particularly for web and mobile platforms.

Must-Haves:

5 years as a Content Designer with title recognition

Strong UX writing skills; ability to craft clear, concise, and consumer-focused content

Experience with subscription or membership-based products

Proven work on modern consumer-facing products (web & mobile)

Portfolio with end-to-end case studies, before-and-after examples, and conversational tone

Expertise in Figma

Ability to handle and respond to high-level stakeholder feedback efficiently

Strong communication, proactive, and responsive

Experience at multiple modern consumer-facing companies (e.g., Slack, Figma, Hims & Hers, Ro)
