Job Description:
The Senior Business Process Manager will lead process transformation initiatives connecting engineering and manufacturing operations, driving improvements across product lifecycle and ERP-enabled workflows.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Partner closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities

Lead business process design across Engineering to Manufacturing workflows (EBOM to mBOM transitions)
-
Support multi-year digital and ERP transformation initiatives
-
Develop materials and documentation to support enterprise-wide process rollouts
-
Coordinate testing, validation, and adoption of new processes and systems
-
Work directly with operational teams on the manufacturing floor to implement process improvements
-
Drive change management initiatives and ensure adoption across cross-functional teams
-
Collaborate with IT teams and system integrators to ensure successful implementation of business-driven requirements

Improve visibility across work-in-progress (WIP) and manufacturing execution processes
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field

10 years of experience leading business process initiatives in engineering or manufacturing environments
-
Deep expertise with EBOM, mBOM, and work-in-progress (WIP) visibility processes

Experience leading business-led ERP or digital transformation initiatives
-
Strong experience with process testing, validation, and change adoption

Proven ability to partner with IT teams and system integrators
-
Strong communication and change management skills across technical and operational teams
