Job Description:
Lead the transformation of supply chain business processes and ERP systems by serving as the subject matter expert for receipt-to-deliver operations, ensuring scalable and efficient warehouse, inventory, and supply chain workflows.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Act as the SME for receipt-to-deliver processes including warehouse management, inventory, and materials management

Evaluate and optimize supply chain processes across warehouse and distribution operations
-
Partner closely with supply chain leadership to design and implement future-state business processes
-
Collaborate with system integrators and challenge implementation approaches when necessary
-
Support ERP transformation initiatives involving Oracle or SAP platforms
-
Develop KPIs and performance metrics for supply chain processes

Create training materials and test scripts for UAT phases of implementation

Present recommendations and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

Help build and mature a global business services (GBS) function focused on operational excellence
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

8 years of experience in supply chain operations

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory processes

Background working with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
-
Experience participating in large-scale ERP or business transformation initiatives

Experience collaborating with system integrators or consulting partners

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor's degree
