Job Description:
The Salesforce Administrator supports the buildout, configuration, and ongoing administration of the Salesforce platform while partnering with internal teams to improve system adoption, automation, and reporting.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, automation, and workflows
-
Configure Salesforce objects, page layouts, validation rules, and system settings
-
Support the ongoing Salesforce implementation and platform buildout
-
Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and access controls
-
Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and respond to internal support requests
-
Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
-
Assist with data management including imports, updates, and data quality initiatives
-
Support internal Salesforce training and user adoption efforts
-
Assist with testing, sandbox environments, and system updates
-
Document system configurations and administrative processes
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
-
1–3 years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce as an Administrator or similar role
-
Strong experience building Salesforce Flows and automation within the Salesforce UI
-
Experience configuring Salesforce objects, page layouts, and validation rules
-
Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
-
Ability to troubleshoot and support Salesforce users
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Active familiarity with Salesforce Trailhead and Trailhead playground environments

Experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA)

Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201)

Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or platform rollouts

Experience with sandbox testing, UAT, and deployment processes

Experience with data imports, de-duplication, and data governance initiatives

Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
