Job Description:
Seeking a highly organized project manager to drive execution and coordination across a large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiative.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage daily project execution to keep initiatives on track
- Define timelines, deliverables, and milestones with stakeholders
- Track dependencies, risks, and action items across workstreams
- Lead meeting planning, facilitation, and follow-ups
- Prepare agendas, capture notes, and ensure accountability
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams as a central point of contact
- Build and maintain project documentation (plans, trackers, reports)
- Deliver regular status updates for stakeholders and leadership
- Support governance processes including RACI development
- Reinforce project management standards and accountability
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 6–8 years of project management or PMO experience
- Experience managing large, enterprise cross-functional initiatives and multiple workstreams
- Strong expertise in timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder management
- Proven experience developing RACIs and governance processes
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Strong meeting facilitation and follow-through capabilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Nice-to-Haves:
- PMP or similar PMO certification
- Experience supporting transformation or change management initiatives
