Job Description:
This role brings structure to complex, fast-moving, executive-facing workstreams by owning operations, managing cross-functional processes, and ensuring critical workflows run smoothly end to end.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Align stakeholders, gather requirements, and keep workstreams moving without heavy oversight

Bring structure and clarity to the quarterly earnings process, especially during peak periods
-
Act as a central intake and routing point for earnings-related requests
-
Serve as a liaison between the core team and broader executive stakeholders
-
Help operationalize and scale a storytelling center of excellence

Organize processes, manage workflows, and support evolving programs
-
Interface with product marketing, communications, executives, and cross-functional partners

Improve team efficiency by identifying and implementing better ways of working

5–6 years of relevant experience at an individual contributor level

Strong executive presence and clear, concise communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details

Comfortable acting as the point person in fast-moving, high-pressure situations

Familiarity with tools such as Airtable, Asana, and Slack
