Job Description:
The IT Product Manager will own the Source-to-Pay product area, driving roadmap development and delivery for procurement and finance-related systems while partnering closely with global process owners and technical teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Own the product roadmap for Source-to-Pay systems supporting procurement and finance operations

Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into product capabilities and enhancements

Partner with finance, procurement, and IT teams to prioritize initiatives and system improvements
-
Facilitate weekly stakeholder alignment meetings and ensure ongoing communication across teams
-
Manage Agile ceremonies including standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demos

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across procurement, accounts payable, purchasing, and expense management processes

Support integrations and data flows across multiple enterprise SaaS platforms

Track product delivery, risks, and priorities while ensuring alignment with business objectives

Must-Haves:

8 years of Product Management experience in enterprise technology environments

Experience managing products within procurement, finance systems, or Source-to-Pay ecosystems

Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Coupa, Oracle Fusion, Zip, or similar procurement/finance tools

Proven experience building product roadmaps and translating business needs into technical solutions

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Strong stakeholder management skills working with finance, procurement, and IT teams
-
Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across technical and business stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Experience with SaaS vendor management or vendor analytics platforms
- Experience working with integrations across multiple enterprise finance systems
- Background in fast-paced tech or startup environments
