Job Description:
Oversee end-to-end project management for technology initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of software solutions aligned with business goals.
This role supports the delivery of critical technology initiatives by ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and organized leader who can manage cross-functional teams, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in complex environments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and budgets

Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams

Partner with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements

Oversee software development lifecycle and ensure high-quality deliverables

Define and manage test plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Prepare cost-benefit analyses and project performance reports

Ensure adherence to project management and system development processes

Present updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and steering committees

Track risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading large scale technical projects from end-to-end
- Experience defining and managing test plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- 5–7 years of IT project management experience
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycle in technical environments
- Experience with PowerBI
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Experience working in large-scale, multi-platform systems environments
- Strong risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Haves:
- PMP or PMI certification
- MBA or advanced degre
- Experience documenting business processes and workflows
- Familiarity with technical documentation and system diagrams
- Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering
- Hands-on involvement in testing coordination and triage
