IT Support Analyst

Compensation Range: $22/hr – $28/hr
Job Description:
The IT Support Contractor will provide Tier 1 technical support, onboarding assistance, and equipment management for onsite and remote employees in a Windows-based environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests (tickets, email, phone)

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
-
Install and configure PCs and laptops in a Windows environment
-
Manage Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and password resets
-
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment setup and returns)
-
Assist with single sign-on (SSO) and access management
-
Track, document, and resolve recurring technical issues
-
Support remote workforce while managing onsite equipment inventory
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
1–2 years of help desk or service desk experience (Tier 1 support)

Strong PC troubleshooting experience in Windows environments

Experience installing and configuring desktops/laptops
-
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, wireless, VLANs)

Experience with Active Directory (user setup, permissions, access)

Strong communication skills and reliability

Exposure to regulated environments (healthcare, lab, GMP, FDA, GLP)

VMware or virtualization experience

Microsoft Exchange or advanced Microsoft ecosystem exposure
