Compensation: $76-83/HR W2
This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer/Analyst to support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, large-scale technology environment. The role involves collaborating with marketing, data science, and other stakeholders to extract, process, and visualize data, providing actionable insights across multiple business channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to deliver dashboards, reports, and analyses.
- Analyze customer acquisition, channel performance, and other key business metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau and Quicksight.
- Build, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines for large-scale datasets.
- Apply statistical analysis techniques to support business decisions.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Automate data processes and reporting using Python and SQL.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related fields.
- Strong SQL skills and experience querying databases or data warehouses (Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL).
- Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipeline development.
- Expertise in data visualization tools: Tableau and Quicksight.
- Experience with statistical analysis packages (R, SAS, or MATLAB).
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
- Self-starter with strong curiosity, able to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Experience at a major tech company or large-scale technology environment
Preferred Qualifications / Nice-to-Haves
- Hands-on experience with AWS solutions (EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift).
- Knowledge of data mining, machine learning, or information retrieval.
- Experience translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with advanced SQL and automation scripting for large datasets.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a hybrid onsite environment in Seattle (1-2 days/week).
