Job Description:
Support the Revenue Administration team by processing POs, maintaining financial accuracy, and ensuring smooth revenue operations through cross-functional collaboration.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Serve as primary contact for PO-related inquiries from customers/vendors
- Manage full PO lifecycle, including tracking, updates, and closures
- Ensure accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions and Oracle budget entries
- Validate financial and business compliance of PO requests
- Reconcile pass-through costs and monitor contract compliance
- Analyze invoicing and PO-related reports
- Resolve PO exceptions and escalate as necessary
- Support project setup, fee validation, and maintain process standards
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of related work experience
- Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to validate financial data
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
- Willingness to travel (~5%)
