Job Description:
Lead and support S/4HANA business transformation initiatives, focusing on solution architecture, ERP process improvement, and end-to-end configuration aligned to client business needs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate value propositions for S/4HANA transformation initiatives

Lead Explore phase workshops to gather business and functional requirements
-
Configure SAP S/4HANA systems to meet process and integration requirements
-
Provide functional specifications and input for development and technical implications
-
Support planning, end-user training, and knowledge transfer
-
Guide junior analysts and project stakeholders
-
Maintain SAP roadmap awareness and propose transitional strategies
-
Identify functional gaps and provide targeted recommendations
-
Evaluate system design for integration and performance
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

U.S. Citizenship required (no dual citizenship)

5 years in consulting or relevant business process experience
-
5 years hands-on SAP Controlling - C2R configuration experience

Experience with 3 full lifecycle implementations of S/4HANA (2019 or later)

Experience with global template rollout and localization

Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

Willingness to travel to client sites as required
