Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior MarTech Project Manager to lead large-scale technology initiatives within a global Marketing and Digital Enablement organization.
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Technology, and Project Delivery. The ideal candidate understands digital marketing and marketing technology while bringing the project leadership needed to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple technical, marketing, and business teams.
The Senior MarTech Project Manager will own project planning and execution, manage budgets and dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and provide leadership with clear visibility into project health, progress, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale MarTech and digital technology initiatives.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and resource requirements.

Coordinate delivery across multiple technical, digital marketing, business, and vendor teams.

Serve as a bridge between marketing stakeholders and technology delivery teams, translating business and campaign needs into actionable project plans.

Support initiatives involving digital marketing campaigns, channel delivery, and digital customer experiences.

Manage projects within an Adobe-focused MarTech environment, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

Manage multi-million-dollar project/program budgets, including spend tracking, forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning.

Establish and track project KPIs, OKRs, and other measures of project health and business outcomes.

Provide clear reporting to leadership regarding progress, risks, issues, dependencies, financials, and delivery outcomes.

Proactively identify blockers and risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when appropriate.

Maintain project plans, workstreams, and delivery information within Jira or Rally.

Lead project meetings, facilitate decisions, and ensure accountability for action items and deadlines.

Navigate a highly matrixed organization and influence stakeholders and delivery teams without direct authority.

Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery practices as appropriate.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of IT Project Management experience.

Senior or Lead-level experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects.

Demonstrated experience leading large-scale initiatives involving multiple teams and workstreams.

Experience delivering MarTech, digital marketing, or marketing technology projects.

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

Understanding of digital marketing campaigns, channels, customer experiences, and how business requirements move through technical delivery.

Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, including project spend and resource allocation.

Strong project planning, risk management, dependency management, KPI tracking, and status reporting capabilities.

Strong experience with Jira; Rally experience is also applicable.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Proven ability to operate effectively within complex, matrixed organizations.

Strong stakeholder management skills across marketing, business, and technology teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication with senior leadership.

Highly organized and proactive, with the confidence to drive decisions, accountability, and project execution.
Preferred Qualifications

Broader experience with the Adobe / MarTech ecosystem, including AEP capabilities such as customer journey orchestration.

Experience supporting marketing technologies related to event management, Voice of Customer (VOC), social media, surveys, or similar digital platforms.

Experience with Airtable, Miro, Planview, and Microsoft Excel.

Experience managing global teams or global digital programs.

Vendor or agency management experience.

Experience preparing executive-level reporting and presenting to steering committees.

PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certification.

Experience mentoring junior Project Managers or helping establish project management standards and processes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Project Manager who can comfortably operate across Marketing, Technology, and Project Delivery. This person understands the language of digital marketing and MarTech, can effectively partner with technical teams, and has the project management discipline required to keep large, complex programs moving.
Success in this position requires someone who can bring structure to complex initiatives, proactively manage risks and dependencies, hold cross-functional teams accountable, and clearly communicate project progress and measurable outcomes to leadership.
