Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Supervisor, Creator/Influencer Marketing to support a fast-paced, highly creative Brand Purpose program for a major consumer retail brand. This individual will serve as the day-to-day lead across Creator initiatives, overseeing everything from influencer discovery and selection to contracting, content approvals, and campaign execution.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day lead across Creator/influencer marketing programs, ensuring successful execution from planning through activation.
- Lead Creator discovery, sourcing, screening, and selection, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end Creator contracting, including negotiations, agreements, approvals, and quick-turn deliverables.
- Oversee Creator activations, content reviews, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, Creator partners, talent representatives, and clients to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Provide strategic recommendations on Creator partnerships, programming, and campaign optimization.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, proactively identifying potential challenges and recommending solutions.
- Lead client communications, status updates, and program reviews, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
- Support and delegate responsibilities across junior team members while remaining hands-on in execution.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in Creator/influencer marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Creator discovery, sourcing, evaluation, contracting, and activation.
- Proven experience managing Creator partnerships and campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage quick-turn Creator contracts, negotiations, and approvals.
- Experience serving as the primary day-to-day lead for client-facing Creator marketing programs.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Strategic understanding of Creator selection, audience alignment, brand suitability, and campaign objectives.
- Experience leading teams, delegating responsibilities, and collaborating across multiple departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently manage client relationships.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience supporting large consumer, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ, Brandwatch, or similar tools.
- Experience managing ambassador programs and integrated Creator marketing campaigns.
- Background supporting enterprise-level campaigns within an agency environment.
