Compensation Range: $48/hr – $55/hr W2
Job Description:
The Digital Project Manager will drive delivery and execution across multiple digital initiatives, supporting cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end experience delivery.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Coordinate across 5 cross-functional teams including Product Owners, development, design, and marketing technology
-
Build and maintain consolidated project plans with mapped dependencies
-
Track milestones, risks, and deliverables across large-scale digital programs
-
Facilitate status reporting and stakeholder communications
-
Identify and escalate blockers to ensure timely delivery
-
Support merging and alignment of digital initiatives (e.g., MarTech and accessibility programs)
-
Partner with Product Owners and Tech Leads to drive execution and accountability
-
Manage project documentation and administrative tracking within PM tools
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
3–5 years of Project Management experience
-
2 years managing complex, multi-team digital initiatives (6 month projects)
-
Strong focus on delivery, execution, and ownership
-
Experience coordinating across departments, vendors, and agencies
-
Experience delivering digital experience and/or migration projects
-
Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (AEP, AJO, Campaign, CJA, AEM)
-
Experience collaborating with design and development teams
-
Proven ability to map and manage dependencies in a consolidated project plan
-
Experience with JIRA and/or Rally
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organized, assertive, self-starter with ability to instill trust\
- Must live in the United States
