Compensation: $40-45/hr | $85-95K/yr upon conversion

Job Description:
Our client, a leading entertainment company, is seeking an IT Client Support Engineer to join their tenured IT support team. This person will deliver white-glove technical support to end users and executives, primarily at the Greenwood Village office, while also supporting teams in Santa Monica and New York City. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing a smooth, responsive experience for every user and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Resolve tickets and support requests through ServiceNow across three office locations (~500 total end users)
- Provide hands-on desktop support in a mixed Windows 11 and macOS environment (approximately 60/40)
- Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
- Handle overflow phone support when onsite technicians at other locations are unavailable
- Deliver direct, high-touch support to business users and executives
- Assist with AV and conferencing systems as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in IT support or desktop support
- Strong experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS environments
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and enterprise collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Excellent communication skills with a white-glove, client-first mindset
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated longevity, with at least one position held for 2 years
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft (MD-102, MS-900)
- Experience supporting AV/conferencing systems (WebEx Calling, MS Teams, Crestron, etc.)
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF, SCCM)
