Job Description:
Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale Salesforce Partner Portal implementation, bridging business stakeholders, product owners, and Agile IT teams to deliver a successful technology solution supporting 5,000 users.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Salesforce Partner Portal implementation and project delivery.

Own project prioritization, timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination.

Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, IT teams, and systems integrators.

Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.

Coordinate Agile development teams and manage project dependencies.
-
Utilize Smartsheet for project tracking, reporting, and resource planning.
-
Align business operations, IT, and portfolio management teams on project goals.

Proactively manage risks, scope changes, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
-
7–10 years of IT project management experience.
-
Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce (SFDC) implementations.

Experience managing enterprise implementations supporting 5,000 users.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working with product owners and development teams.

Ability to bridge business and technical teams; must be a hybrid Business/Technical Project Manager.

Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology implementations.
-
Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing business environment.

Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.
Nice-to-Haves:

Salesforce Partner Portal, Partner Relationship Management (PRM), or Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM) experience.

Experience supporting channel sales, partner operations, or sales organizations.

Smartsheet experience.

Experience collaborating with external systems integrators.

Ability to travel 1–2 times during the project.
