Job Description:
The client is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to own integrated creative and marketing projects from ideation through execution across editorial, video, digital/promotional assets, and events.
Responsibilities:
- Own creative projects from kickoff through final delivery, managing timelines, workflows, dependencies, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, business, and production teams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Manage and organize multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities within Asana.
- Support editorial and industry-education content, video production, scripts, storyboards, article artwork, and promotional assets.
- Manage event and sponsorship creative, including booths, signage, and related deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/resources as needed.
- Proactively identify roadblocks, solve problems, and keep projects moving as priorities or timelines change.
- Support workflow optimization and creative process improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of Creative Project Management experience.
- Experience owning integrated creative/marketing projects end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of creative development, production, and marketing workflows.
- Experience managing editorial, video, digital/promotional, and/or event-related creative projects.
- Strong Asana experience.
- Experience working within a matrixed, cross-functional organization.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and ambiguity.
- Calm, confident, proactive, and solution-oriented communication style.
- Ability to ramp quickly and operate with minimal hand-holding.
- In-house creative team experience.
- Workflow optimization or process-improvement experience.
- Experience developing or improving creative processes.
- Experience incorporating AI into workflows.
- Vendor-management experience.
- Agency experience supporting integrated creative work.
- Tech or ad-tech industry exposure.
