Job Description:
- This role supports a multi-location franchise client by managing loyalty marketing communications across email, SMS, and in-app channels, with the goal of increasing repeat visits and customer spend.
- Manage end-to-end loyalty marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and app push notifications within the client's loyalty platform
- Segment customers based on purchasing behavior and buying patterns to drive targeted, triggered communications
- Develop and schedule promotions and offers designed to encourage repeat visits and increase average spend
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce and deploy customer-facing content
- Analyze offer performance, including impact on visit frequency and revenue, to inform ongoing campaign improvements
- Recommend proactive improvements to loyalty program strategy rather than waiting for direction
- Support a small, integrated team of approximately five people, with access to senior colleagues for mentorship and escalation
- 3-5+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, or a closely related discipline
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notification channels
- Experience with Paytronix, Personix, or a comparable loyalty platform
- Experience with customer segmentation and triggered campaign workflows
- Background in multi-location, franchise, or physical-retail environments
- Proactive, continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to review current activity and recommend enhancements
- QSR, coffee chain, or franchise marketing experience, with coffee-chain background considered a strong differentiator
- Familiarity with offer management and margin or promotional analysis
