Job Description:
- This role drives new customer traffic to physical retail locations by planning, running, and optimizing hyper-local paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta on behalf of a multi-location quick-service coffee franchise.
- Run and continuously optimize Google Search, Google Maps, Performance Max, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid advertising campaigns targeting customers near individual store locations
- Monitor campaign performance data, pull regular reporting, and recommend actionable improvements without waiting for direction
- Identify and execute hyper-local targeting strategies to reach residents, workers, and commuters near each physical location
- Track advertising spend, customer traffic trends, and key campaign metrics to measure and improve return on investment
- Contribute to building a scalable measurement framework across approximately 120 franchise locations
- Collaborate within a small integrated team of approximately five people, supporting a continuous-improvement approach to paid media
- Apply knowledge of how AI-driven changes in Google Search affect campaign strategy and visibility
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in performance advertising, with demonstrated proficiency in Google Paid Search and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising
- Proven experience running hyper-local campaigns for physical retail or franchise locations, including store-level geo-targeting
- Familiarity with Google My Business and multi-location visibility strategies
- Agency or brand-side background supporting franchise or multi-location clients
- Proficiency with Hootsuite or a comparable social and campaign management platform
- Experience marketing for multi-location franchise or retail businesses, particularly quick-service restaurant (QSR) or coffee-chain environments
- Hands-on experience with Google Performance Max and Google Maps advertising
- Experience with local listing and reputation management tools such as Yext or comparable platforms
- Awareness of TikTok advertising and how it may apply to location-based marketing
