Job Description:
The client is seeking a technically minded Product Marketing Manager to lead customer experience (CX) experimentation, drive A/B testing initiatives, and optimize marketing strategies through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing managers and cross-functional teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute CX experimentation roadmaps.
- Own A/B testing initiatives, from ideation and hypothesis development through execution and performance analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences through experimentation and data-driven insights.
- Influence marketing and product stakeholders to prioritize and implement experimentation strategies.
- Analyze CX performance, present findings, and recommend scalable improvements.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and adoption.
- Collaborate on digital campaigns, marketing content, and sales enablement materials.
- Work across a large team to align experimentation priorities with business objectives.
- 5 years of experience in Product Marketing Management, Product Management, or a closely related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with A/B testing, product experimentation, and CX optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop experimentation roadmaps and execute tests from concept to completion.
- Technical product marketing experience with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
- Experience analyzing customer journeys, identifying CX improvements, and scaling successful experiments.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence marketing managers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Experience in large-scale, fast-paced technology environments.
- Previous experience at a FAANG company or another leading technology company.
- Background in payments, e-commerce, or digital customer experiences.
- Experience owning CX reviews and translating insights into measurable experiments.
