We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Strategist to support a leading digital marketing agency managing national consumer brands across beauty, skincare, and Client.
This individual will play a key role in developing and executing full-funnel Paid Social strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, and strong client-facing communication skills.
This opportunity is particularly well-suited for someone who understands how Paid Social drives brand awareness, consideration, retail traffic, and consumer purchasing behavior beyond traditional direct-response metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of full-funnel Paid Social strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of existing Paid Social accounts, evaluating campaign structures, targeting, creative, budgets, and overall performance.
- Develop media plans and strategic recommendations aligned with brand awareness, consideration, engagement, and retail performance objectives.
- Remain hands-on in advertising platforms, overseeing campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, creative testing, and ongoing optimizations.
- Analyze campaign performance using both traditional performance metrics and upper-funnel measurement approaches.
- Identify opportunities to improve audience strategies, creative effectiveness, budget allocation, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Leverage platform automation and optimization tools, including Meta Advantage , TikTok Smart Performance, and Pinterest Performance .
- Partner with creative, analytics, and cross-functional media teams to ensure campaigns support broader business objectives.
- Lead client-facing conversations, communicate performance insights, and present actionable strategic recommendations.
- Develop testing frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness, creative performance, and audience engagement.
- 5 years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns, preferably within a digital or performance marketing agency.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Meta and TikTok; Pinterest experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing upper-, mid-, and lower-funnel Paid Social strategies.
- Experience supporting national consumer brands, ideally within beauty, skincare, Client, or retail.
- Proven ability to conduct Paid Social account audits and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, creative testing, budget pacing, and media planning.
- Experience leveraging platform automation, advanced targeting capabilities, and measurement tools.
- Proficiency with Paid Social reporting, platform analytics, and GA4.
- Strong understanding of performance measurement, including ROAS, CAC, brand awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and contribute immediately in a fast-paced agency environment.
