Job Description:

Develop and execute content optimization strategies to improve organic search visibility, engagement, and website performance.

Write, edit, and optimize website copy, metadata, headlines, FAQs, and supporting content.

Implement SEO recommendations within existing website structures and design components.

Optimize content for traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences, including AEO and GEO.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to align content with customer needs and business objectives.

Develop scalable content frameworks, templates, and processes for consistent content optimization across multiple markets.

Use performance data and SEO tools to identify opportunities and measure results.

Partner with cross-functional and international teams to support content initiatives and localization.
Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in content strategy, SEO, digital marketing, web content management, or a related field.

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and website content optimization.

Hands-on experience writing, editing, and optimizing customer-facing website content.

Experience implementing content improvements not just making strategic recommendations.

Experience in an enterprise environment or at an agency supporting enterprise clients.

Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Preferred: Experience with global content initiatives, AEO/GEO, UX writing, Figma, Google Search Console, and Semrush.
