Job Description:
This role is responsible for driving qualified leads and customer growth through scaled, multi-channel demand generation campaigns supporting early-stage startups across North America and Europe.
Job Summary
•Own and execute scaled, one-to-many demand generation campaigns targeting the seed-stage startup segment.
•Build and launch large-format webinars, email campaigns, digital campaigns, newsletter buys, and partner campaigns end-to-end.
•Develop creative campaign concepts to drive awareness and demand for the organization's startup program.
•Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers who manage VC, accelerator, and incubator relationships.
•Build landing pages, emails, and automated workflows directly within the organization's marketing platform.
•Support NAM and Europe-based stakeholders, requiring flexibility with early East Coast hours for time zone overlap.
•Report against monthly performance goals, using data to optimize campaign strategy and pipeline contribution.
Minimum Requirements:
•5-8 years of experience in demand generation, partner marketing, or a related B2B marketing role (senior candidates welcome if currently operating as a hands-on individual contributor).
•Must currently reside on the East Coast for an EST hours schedule (Other time zones will not be considered)
•Demonstrated experience running multi-channel campaigns across email, partner, and digital distribution channels.
•HubSpot experience required as a hands-on platform user.
•B2B SaaS or tech startup marketing experience.
•Ability to run webinars autonomously using Zoom or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Prior title or background as a Demand Generation Manager or Partner Marketing Manager.
•Experience collaborating with VCs, accelerators, or incubators in a partner marketing capacity.
•Foundational copywriting skills with an understanding of conversion principles, including landing page messaging and CTAs.
•Familiarity with working toward monthly pipeline or growth goals in a metrics-driven environment.
