We are seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to support creative production and marketing initiatives for a leading B2B SaaS organization.

Manage multiple creative projects across visual design, video, copywriting, presentation development, and product marketing assets.

Coordinate social and editorial graphics, hero images, potential brand identity projects, and other creative deliverables.

Oversee presentation and deck production for executive communications, product communications, and potential conference materials.
-
Coordinate product marketing UI mockup assets by partnering with product marketing stakeholders and designers using Figma.

Manage copywriting workflows for campaign content, podcast scripts, and host-read advertising copy.

Collaborate with product marketing, brand marketing, design, and executive communications teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and business objectives.

Track project timelines, milestones, approvals, feedback, and dependencies while proactively addressing roadblocks.

Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with minimal supervision.

Commit to approximately 20–30 hours per week, with availability to collaborate with primarily East Coast stakeholders.
Requirements:

5 years of experience in creative project management, creative production, or marketing project management.

Experience working in B2B SaaS or a comparable marketing environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple creative disciplines simultaneously, including design, video, and copywriting.

Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating across product marketing, brand marketing, creative, or executive communications teams.

Proficiency with Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
-
Self-starter who can ramp up quickly and manage projects with minimal handholding.

Figma experience is a plus.

Must be available to start ASAP and work 20–30 hours per week.

Must be comfortable with the contract duration and potential extension based on business needs.
