Job Description:
This is a short-term, high-impact video project supporting PSA Airlines' annual leadership meeting. The team is looking for a Video Editor / Motion Graphics Specialist to produce a polished, engaging 2-minute intro video that will be presented to ~150 company leaders.
This video will kick off the event and unveil the meeting theme, blending executive footage with dynamic visuals, animation, and music to create an energetic, professional final product.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce a 2-minute high-quality intro video for a leadership event
- Work with pre-scripted content and video footage from ~12 executive leaders
- Incorporate motion graphics, animation, and text overlays to enhance storytelling
- Integrate b-roll footage and music to create an engaging, high-energy tone
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the video aligns with the event vision and theme
- Deliver a polished final product by April 28
- Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Strong experience creating engaging, high-energy videos (not just basic cuts)
- Ability to incorporate animation, text overlays, and visual effects
- Experience editing interview-style or executive-facing content
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Nice-to-Have
- Experience with corporate, leadership, or "hype” videos
- Background in event content, internal communications, or brand storytelling
- Experience working with executive stakeholders or leadership teams
